What the community actually is

It is a private WhatsApp community, and it is the heart of Regenesis. Everyone who joins the classes or works with Adam one to one is in here together.

It runs quietly in the background of your day. Somewhere to check in, ask things, and stay on track, without it taking over your phone or turning into another group chat you mute.

Life inside the community

A normal week looks like people sharing their wins and their wobbles, daily check-ins that keep you honest, the odd wellness challenge, class info, and a steady bit of motivation. Nobody is performing. It is just normal people getting on with it together.

The best part is the bit you cannot screenshot. Someone notices when you go quiet. That is what keeps people going long after the motivation has worn off.

Encouragement over judgement, consistency over perfection, every single time.

How to get in

Getting in is simple, and it comes bundled with whatever you sign up for. Join the online classes from £20 a month, or work with Adam one to one, and the community comes as part of it.

Adam personally reviews every new member, it is how the group stays what it is. Once you are in, your WhatsApp invite lands along with a quick note to tell Adam your goals, so he knows who is walking in.
