Who we are

Regenesis Health & Fitness Ltd (company number 16610974) provides personal training, coaching, online classes, a members' community and supplements. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our membership platform, why, and what we do with it. We keep it in plain English on purpose.

What we collect, and why

Starting a chat: enquiries happen over WhatsApp. When you message Adam, WhatsApp shares your profile name and number with him as it would in any chat, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to the platform itself. What you tell Adam stays between you and Regenesis.

Joining a membership: sign-ups happen on our membership platform (join.regenesishealthandfitness.com). We collect your name, contact details and the goals you share, so we can run your membership and Adam knows who is walking in.

Payments: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us; we see what is needed to run your membership or order, such as what you bought and your payment status.

Orders: if you buy from the shop, we use your details to fulfil and post your order and to send order updates.

Emails: we send service emails (welcome, membership and order updates) through our email provider. We do not sell your details or send marketing you have not asked for.

The WhatsApp community: the community runs on WhatsApp. Joining it means other members can see your WhatsApp profile as normal on that platform. Participation is part of membership but posting is always optional.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not run advertising cookies or trackers on this website. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs needed to run and secure the site.

How long we keep things

We keep membership and order records while you are with us and for as long as tax and accounting rules require afterwards. If you leave, we remove you from the community and stop contacting you, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time, subject to those legal requirements.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email us and we will sort it. If you are not happy with how we have handled something, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
